Processing Time:
Please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to be processed for shipping, in addition to USPS handling time. I make every effort to fufill orders as quickly as possible. If you need your order expedited please email [email protected] đ
Shipping:
I ship domestically (within the United States) and a select number of International Destinations at this time. Please email me if you have any questions regaurding shipping to your location outside of the US.
Shipping times depend on your location. I ship all orders USPS! A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days.
Priority Mail shipping should take between 2-4 business days.
2nd Day Shipping should get to you in 2 business days
Interntionl shipping can take between 1 - 4 weeks to arrive.
Once I have shipped your order I am no longer responsible for your package. Any missing packages are to be reported to USPS immidiately.
Taxes and Duties for International Orders:
Your order doesn't include custom taxes and duties. Your order can be witheld in customs for processing which is mandatory with certain customs regulatory bodies. These delays are not the responsibility of Prismatic Elements.
If there are taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made, please know these charges are NOT incluive of the original shipping charges and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by Prismatic Elements.
